MAFA ships across India. We currently deliver to all pin codes serviceable by our logistics partners.

• Metro Cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, and more
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: We deliver to most cities and towns across India
• Remote Areas: Delivery may take additional time depending on location accessibility

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary based on your location:

• Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
• Other Cities: 4-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Free Shipping: Orders above ₹1000 qualify for free shipping across India
• Standard Shipping: ₹60 flat rate for orders below ₹1000
• Express Shipping: ₹150 for faster delivery in select cities (1-2 business days)

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed
• A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched
• Track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping email

Once your order is shipped, you can track it using:

• The tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
• Your account dashboard under "My Orders"
• Our logistics partner's website using the tracking number

All products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition:

• Fragile items are bubble-wrapped and secured with additional padding
• Each package is sealed and labeled with care
• Eco-friendly packaging materials are used wherever possible

If you experience any issues with your delivery:

• Damaged Package: Please refuse acceptance and contact us immediately
• Lost Package: Contact us if your order doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery time
• Wrong Address: Ensure your delivery address is correct before placing an order
• Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will make 2-3 delivery attempts before returning the package
